Shopify

Our website is hosted via Shopify. The provider is Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (“Shopify”). When you visit, data such as IP address, browser type, date/time, data volume, and referrer URL are transmitted to Shopify.

We use technically necessary cookies (e.g., shopping cart, login) and—with your consent—analysis and marketing cookies. You can adjust or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

Server Log Files

4. Order and Contract Processing

During payment processing, the necessary data is transmitted to the respective provider:

6. Shipping Service Providers

DHL

For shipping, we use DHL (Deutsche Post DHL Group, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn). For delivery purposes, name, address, and possibly email/phone (for shipping notifications) are transmitted to DHL. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

7. Newsletter

Klaviyo

For our newsletter, we use Klaviyo, Inc., 225 Franklin St, Boston, MA 02110, USA. Upon registration, Klaviyo stores your email address and, for consent documentation, your IP address and the time of registration. The newsletter is sent via the double opt-in procedure.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by sending an email to info@sennu.de. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). The US data transfer is secured by standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Contact Form and Email Inquiries

If you write to us via the contact form or email, we store your details to process the inquiry and for follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).

9. Analysis Tools and Marketing

We use the following tools only with your express consent via the cookie banner:

Google Analytics 4

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GA4 creates pseudonymized usage profiles for reach measurement. Data may be transferred to the USA, secured by standard contractual clauses + EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)

Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. The pixel helps us understand website visitor behavior and display relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.

TikTok Pixel

Provider: TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland. The pixel enables similar functions to the Meta Pixel within the TikTok ecosystem.

Legal basis for all analysis/marketing tools: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent), § 25 para. 1 TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

10. Plugins and Tools

Google Fonts

Our website uses fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). When a page is accessed, your browser loads the necessary fonts into its cache to display texts correctly. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in uniform presentation).

11. Social Media

Our website contains links to our profiles on Instagram (@sennu_de) and TikTok. Clicking on them will redirect you to the respective platform, where their own privacy policies apply.
