Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.sennu.de. Our offer is primarily aimed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. We will confirm your order immediately by email — this order confirmation represents the acceptance of the contract.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is German. We store the contract text and send it to you by email along with our GTC after you submit your order.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT (7% or 19%, depending on the product category).
Free shipping for orders over 49€ within Germany. For orders under 49€, shipping costs of 4.99€ apply. Shipping costs for other countries can be found at checkout and on the Shipping & Returns page.
5. Delivery Conditions
We deliver to addresses within the EU. Delivery time: 2-4 business days after receipt of payment within Germany, 3-7 business days within the EU.
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you upon delivery of the goods in the case of a mail-order purchase.
6. Payment Conditions
We accept the following payment methods:

Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments. Your payment data is transmitted via SSL encryption.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and also contact us immediately. Failure to make this complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate Cancellation Policy.
Important for food supplements: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal of the product packaging has been removed (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).
10. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies. The limitation period for consumers is two years from the delivery of the goods.
Information about our products can be found on the respective product page and on the product packaging. Our products are food supplements and not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
11. Liability
For claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health, for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, for guarantee promises, and insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to the typical damage foreseeable at the time of concluding the contract. In all other respects, claims for damages are excluded.
12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For entrepreneurs, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our registered office.
