Return Process
Step 1: Register your return

- Or fill out our contact form
- Provide your order number
Step 2: Return the product
- Send the product to:

Germany - Pack it securely (preferably in the original packaging)
- You bear the costs of the return (approx. €4–5 with DHL)
Step 3: Money back
- After receiving the return: Refund within 5–7 business days
- To your original payment method
- No hidden fees
Important Information on Food Supplements
- ⚠️ Hygiene regulation (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB): For food supplements, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal of the product packaging has been removed — this is legally prescribed for reasons of health protection.
- ✅ You can easily return unopened goods within 14 days.
- 💡 If you have quality issues, please contact us anyway — we will help.
- ❌ You, as the buyer, bear the return shipping costs.
