Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB);
• for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

Important note for food supplements: For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the return of opened or damaged product packaging (e.g., removed banderole, opened security seal) is excluded. Once the seal is broken, your right of withdrawal for the respective goods expires.

Information on Returns

Please return the goods to us in the original shipping packaging or equivalent packaging to avoid damage. The original packaging of the product (label, banderole, seal) must not be removed in order for your right of withdrawal to remain valid.
