Classic vitamin D3 usually comes from wool fat (lanolin) — not vegan. These softgels use plant-based cholecalciferol from lichen, embedded in sunflower oil for optimal absorption. 75 µg (3,000 IU) per capsule, to be taken only every three days. 60 softgels are sufficient for 180 days.
